Hey guys, with my team below, any suggestions for fast Hera farming?

Thank you.

The only fast way is a spike team. Or a Valk+Orochi team, which is I am currently trying to work on.

Does such a team usually level and evolve Orochi, or leave him at low level to maximize the zombie effect? What's an ideal sub roster?

Best to keep low level I'm sure. You don't really use orochi for damage in that setup. Ideal would be something like Valk, echidna, Lilith, siren for subs.
Valk/Orochi isn't a fast approach. It's like a zombie team without the healer leader, so you have to be constantly managing your skills to heal up to 50% max hp every turn. Definitely a stronger team than traditional zombie, but much slower.
So a 9x healer team isn't enough I assume for fast farming? 16x Horus ok with say echidna, cu chu, sieg, rose-valk, anyone else...?

Well my valk is totally unevolved though I can rush her to at least a high level Great Valk if I really want to, but the bigger problem is she isn't skilled up. I have the other healer girls at around level 50 , with Siren maxed skilled and Echidna cd at 13. I also have Light Metatron. Orochi is still level 6 unevolved though I also have the material to evolve/level him on demand. Since I have the Orochi, I can partner with one of my friends that have a maxed out Valk.

How easy/hard would it be to 0-stone Hera dungeon with a team built with these monsters? For right now speed isn't the top concern; just to get 2 Heras for now for my Astaroth team to take on Hera-is; I can work on speed farming team later (would Dark Metatron be a good candidate for that?).

Valk's skill level is largely irrelevant for this dungeon. You don't really have spare heart orbs.

9x healer is great for quick farming hera. Having over 10800hp to tank a hit from ceres is nice but not necessary. You need to pull off a nice combo + valk skill to break neptune, but other than that it's pretty easy with a decently leveled team.

9x healer can absolutely do it. But everything needs to be high-level, and it really helps if the orb changers (and ideally Echidna) are skilled up.

As moogie said, Valk's skill level doesn't matter (you'll be depending on it in the first 4 waves, but you can just recharge it each wave). The skills you'll be using (continuously) are Siren + Echidna + (when necessary) Orochi. It wouldn't hurt to have another Siren, just in case, but maybe that isn't necessary. Like with a zombie team, it's pretty safe once you reach the bosses--the greatest danger is on wave 1, when your skills aren't up.

That said, it's a ton more work than a zombie team. Against Venus and Hera, you have to heal up to 50% hp every turn. You have to watch and manage your skills to make it happen. It takes a ton of focus.
