I'm sure they didn't use the phrase "Age-Hybrid Identification Code" in Japan and picked out random letters to scramble the user ID codes with it. Also, what are the chances that you picked out a random phrase, "Age-Hybrid Identification Code", that Japanese engineers ALSO picked (again, why would they pick a phrase in English) and happened to pick the same random letters from it to scramble.
