    INTRO POST
    Hi y’all, this Team Guide is done by @*A44 and @Carlos R. Marti-Figueroa , feel free to post suggestions, your clears and favorite setups and find fellow Gremory friends here.
    FYI: I might ignore cards which aren't available in NA or EU in this guide.
    Thanks, *A44 & Carlos

    TABLE OF CONTENTS:

    Why to play Gremory lead?
    • Very high damage (×36 w/o a skill, ×144 when a skill is used (for Balanced, God and Devil types))
    • Mono Dark
    • Healing happens automatically
    • Doesn’t need awakenings (if you’re fast enough)
    • Shield (single lead 35%, double lead 58%)
    • No more fear of preemptives (if you cross heart before)
    Why not to play Gremory lead?
    • You struggle with matching heart crosses
    • Best subs are REM / Monster Point Shop only
    • If you don't have dark Devil or Balanced Types
    • Team needs to be skilled!

    How to play Gremory?
    To activate her leader skill you need to match 5 hearts:heart: into a cross formation. If there is no preemptive on the next floor, the shield stays active and the effect of her LS sweeps. Which makes her also a nice farm lead. To make the most out of the team you should sub in Devil, God or Balanced typed cards.

    Optimal board for maximum burst should be like this:

    ROW BOARD
    [IMG]

    TPA BOARD
    [IMG]

    (yellow = black orbs) (Picture source: https://setsupad.wordpress.com/optimal-boards/ )

    ... and you’d need to have used an active to generate this board, so you will have full 144× activation.

    Types of your subs:
    :monster3: DEVIL TYPE
    :monster4: BALANCED TYPE
    :monster1: GOD TYPE

    Awakenings to look for in your team:
    [IMG] [IMG] [IMG]
    TE (Time Extent): Very important to have! The more on the team, the easier the activation.
    Dark Rows: Gremory herself has soon three dark row, so it's recommended to make a row team.
    TPA (Two pronged attack): You might also sub in some TPA subs, it's a bit easier to match a TPA and a heart cross. Unfortunately, Gremory has no TPA awakening.

    HASTE
    With haste added to monsters active skills, you can use active skill more often and therefore more efficient, especially with a fully skilled team. It’s highly recommended to skill Gremory and her subs asap to be able to use an active skill when needed, remember, you need to use a skill in order to use Gremorys full potential.

    [CORE SUBS] Devil or Balanced only

    ! Purchasable for 300,000 MP !
    [IMG] Purple Plum Virtue, Xin Hua :monster4: / HP: 4496 (+990) / ATK: 1714 (+495) / RCV: 599 (+297)
    Active Skill: Randomly spawn 3 Dark & Heart orbs from non Dark & Heart orbs. Reduces cooldown of other skills by 1 turn.

    How to skill up: Badpy.
    Awakenings: [IMG] [IMG] [IMG] [IMG] [IMG] [IMG]

    Plum is one of the best subs for Gremory, mainly because of her perfect active and her haste. Her awakenings are great and provide one TE, a dark row and one TPA. Her haste makes the complete team faster which is very important for teams where you need to use an active skill to benefit completely from Gremorys Leader Skill.
    Plum has two major downsides though; she needs 5 Badpys to be skilled and she is only purchasable from the MP-Shop for 300,000 MPs. But she's very valuable for a Grem team. If you can, buy more than one.

    [IMG] Chaotic Black Dragonbound Armor, Ana :monster2::monster4: / HP: 4213 (+990) / ATK: 1696 (+495) / RCV: 386 (+297)
    Active Skill: Change all orbs to Fire, Water & Dark & Heart orbs. Reduces cooldown of other skills by 2 turn.

    Ana Typhon has the same awakenings but slightly better stats and a better active skill, granting 2 turns haste to all other skills on your team. If you can afford to py her, go for this version.

    [IMG] Chaotic Black Dragonbound, Typhon :monster2::monster4: / HP: 4013 (+990) / ATK: 1646 (+495) / RCV: 386 (+297)
    Active Skill: Change all orbs to Fire, Water & Dark & Heart orbs. Reduces cooldown of other skills by 1 turn.

    Awakenings: [IMG] [IMG] [IMG] [IMG] [IMG] [IMG] [IMG] [IMG] [IMG]
    Typhon is pretty much perfect for a Gremory team since he brings a finger, a row, a tpa and is unbindable, generates a great board (optimally) for Gremory and even can emergency unbind with a row of hearts. His AS also grants one turn haste and recently got his own skill up dungeon. How sweet is that?
    Devil killer helps with a lot of bosses. All in all, a superior sub.

    [IMG] Awoken Pandora :monster3::monster6: / HP: 4148 (+990) / ATK: 1474 (+495) / RCV: 279 (+297)
    Active Skill: Change Wood orbs to Dark orbs, Light orbs to Heart orbs. Reduces cooldown of other skills by 1 turn.

    How to skill up: Badpy.
    Awakenings: [IMG] [IMG] [IMG] [IMG] [IMG] [IMG] [IMG] [IMG]

    A.Panda also has haste, which makes her potentially a better sub than her Super Ultimate Evolution. She has also more rows. Downside is, she is only to skill with Badpys. Her active is great for Gremory, making dark AND heart orbs.

    [IMG] Cruel Bleak Night Goddess, Pandora :monster1::monster3::monster7: / HP: 3248 (+990) / ATK: 1474 (+495) / RCV: 659 (+297)
    Active Skill: Change Wood orbs to Dark orbs, Light orbs to Heart orbs. Enhance Heart orbs. +6% per orb.
    :earth::dark: / :light::heart:

    How to skill up: Black Fairy.
    Awakenings: [IMG] [IMG] [IMG] [IMG] [IMG] [IMG] [IMG] [IMG]

    SU.Panda is a great sub, too. It's recommended to run both versions of her on your Gremory team if you were lucky enough to pull two Pandoras. She has some awakenings which are great for a Gremory team, including 2 (!) Time Extents and one TPA. She also has two rows. Unfortunately her AS has no haste. Good thing, she can be skilled with Dark Fairies.

    [IMG] Bleak Night Daughter, Pandora :monster1::monster3: / HP: 3048 (+990) / ATK: 1484 (+495) / RCV: 509 (+297)
    Active Skill: Change Wood orbs to Dark orbs, Light orbs to Heart orbs. Enhance Heart orbs. +6% per orb.

    How to skill up: Black Fairy.
    Awakenings: [IMG] [IMG] [IMG] [IMG] [IMG] [IMG] [IMG] [IMG] [IMG]
    Similar to the Pandora above but this one has one less finger but one more TPA and Healer Killer. Definitely a good choice in general but not better than Awoken Panda or Super Ultimate Panda. Her two TPAs are very nice, though.

    [IMG] Armored Batman :monster3:Machine / HP: 4515 (+990) / ATK: 2003 (+495) / RCV: 285 (+297)
    Active Skill: Change all orbs to Wood, Dark & Heart orbs. Reduces cooldown of other skills by 1 turn.

    How to skill up: Batman's Emblem (DC Collab only)
    Awakenings: [IMG] [IMG] [IMG] [IMG] [IMG]
    If the newish DC Collab Egg Machine gave you this very rare gold pull, you have a great sub for Gremory in your box. Great active skill, allowing you to do a row or even two and grants one turn haste. Great stats and nice awakenings add up to this great card.

    [IMG] Melancholic Rebel, Akechi Mitsuhide :monster1::monster4: / HP: 3028 (+990) / ATK: 1719 (+495) / RCV: 309 (+297)
    Active Skill: Change Fire orbs to Dark orbs, Water orbs to Heart orbs. Enhance Dark orbs. +6% per orb, up to +180% for full board.

    How to skill up: Dark Shibamaru.
    Awakenings: [IMG] [IMG] [IMG] [IMG] [IMG] [IMG]
    Great active and a fairly low cooldown, two rows and a much needed skill bind resistance make Akechi to a good sub for Gremory. His ability to make make Dark and Heart orbs are most valuable so he earns his place below Typhon and Pandora. Two OE awakenings are great for damage, even a bit better than two more rows (for most row based teams). His RCV is much higher than of the other form.

    [IMG] Meticulous Rebel, Akechi Mitsuhide :monster1::monster3: / HP: 3128 (+990) / ATK: 1869 (+495) / RCV: 189 (+297)
    Active Skill: Change Fire orbs to Dark orbs, Water orbs to Heart orbs. Enhance Dark orbs. +6% per orb, up to +180% for full board.

    How to skill up: Dark Shibamaru.
    Awakenings: [IMG] [IMG] [IMG] [IMG] [IMG] [IMG] [IMG]
    Four rows in total are a nice addition, also the skill boost and a bit better HP and ATK than the other version. If you have one Akechi on your team and you have a row based team anyway, chose the D/L version instead this one. If you have two Akechi in your team, take one D/L and one D/D version.

    [ORB CHANGERS] Devil or Balanced only

    [IMG] Awoken Anubis :monster3::monster1: / HP: 3348 (+990) / ATK: 1350 (+495) / RCV: 618 (+297)
    Active Skill: Counter 5× damage taken with Dark for 4 turns. Change Wood, Jammer, Poison & Mortal Poison orbs to Dark orbs.
    :earth::block::skull::dark:
    12 Turns ( 8 Turns at Lv.5 )
    How to skill up: Badpy.
    Awakenings: [IMG] [IMG] [IMG] [IMG] [IMG] [IMG] [IMG] [IMG]
    Very useful sub for generating dark orbs out of wood and blocks (jammers, poison & mortal poison orbs). The Counter is great for resolve enemies. Faily short cooldown and great stats, too. Unfortunately no skill up fodder but Badpy. Other Anubis tiers are ok but definitely not as good as Awoken Anubis.

    [IMG] Halloween Chiyome :monster4::monster3: / HP: 3238 (+990) / ATK: 1490 (+495) / RCV: 383 (+297)
    Active Skill: Change Wood orbs to Dark orbs.

    How to skill up: Halloween Dungeon Fodder
    Awakenings: [IMG] [IMG] [IMG] [IMG] [IMG] [IMG]
    H!Chiyome, a Gold drop from the upcoming Halloween REM (Oct 2016), has great awakenings, much needed SBR awakening, a row, one TPA and Dragon Killer. Her short cooldown allows to have enough dark orbs on the board. Great stats, too.

    [IMG] Moonlit Shadow, Hattori Hanzo :monster5::monster3: / HP: 1389 (+990) / ATK: 1898 (+495) / RCV: 480 (+297)
    Active Skill: Change Fire orbs to Dark orbs.

    How to skill up: Hamahime.
    Awakenings: [IMG] [IMG] [IMG] [IMG] [IMG] [IMG] [IMG] [IMG]
    Quick orb changer are always good, especially when other subs have haste. Mediocre stats and awakenings but also a good candidate for a skill inheritance body.

    ! FARMABLE !
    [IMG] Psychopomp of Oblivion, Grisar :monster3::monster5: / HP: 3047 (+990) / ATK: 2013 (+495) / RCV: 201 (+297)
    Active Skill: Change Light orbs to Dark orbs.
    :light::dark:
    22 Turns ( 7 Turns at Lv.16 )
    How to skill up: Grisar.
    Awakenings: [IMG] [IMG] [IMG] [IMG] [IMG] [IMG]
    Fairly fast orb changer but terrible to skill, Grisar brings great stats and mediocre awakenings. The two rows are nice, SB is always good and one SBR might be needed on your team? A good sub, if skilled.

    ! FARMABLE !
    [IMG] Reincarnated Chaos Dragon Knight, Voice :monster2::monster4:Machine / HP: 3197 (+990) / ATK: 1436 (+495) / RCV: 345 (+297)
    Active Skill: Change Light orbs to Dark orbs.
    :light::dark:
    9 Turns ( 5 Turns at Lv.5 )
    How to skill up: Mystic Dark Knight.
    Awakenings: [IMG] [IMG] [IMG] [IMG] [IMG]
    Short cooldown and medium stats (TPA almost a must), the Reincarnated Voice is a nice addition to a Gremory team. His OE awakenings and TPA can give a nice add to damage output and he is fairly easy to skill. He has no SBR awakening, so make sure you have enough on your other subs.

    [IMG] Mysterious Guest, Laila :monster5::monster3: / HP: 2325 (+990) / ATK: 1606 (+495) / RCV: 511 (+297)
    Active Skill: Change bottom-most row into Dark orbs.
    :dark::dark::dark::dark::dark::dark:
    11 Turns ( 6 Turns at Lv.6 )
    How to skill up: Master Candy Collector, Wicked Lady (Halloween Fodder)
    Awakenings: [IMG] [IMG] [IMG] [IMG]
    Not too bad for a row based team, Laila takes away the hassle to form the actual row. All you need to do is to match cross hearts and profit!

    [IMG] Rebellious Demon, Oda Nobunaga :monster3::monster2: / HP: 2899 (+990) / ATK: 1706 (+495) / RCV: 301 (+297)
    Active Skill: Randomly spawn 6 Dark orbs from non Dark orbs. Bind recovery for 2 turns.

    12 Turns ( 7 Turns at Lv.6 )
    How to skill up: soon: Dark Tans
    Awakenings: [IMG] [IMG] [IMG] [IMG] [IMG] [IMG] [IMG]
    Technically, Oda could overwrite hearts, so his active is a bit risky if you don't have more than 11 hearts. His stats are pretty great and his awakenings useful. A third bind clearer (Gremory herself and Gremory friend leader) might not be needed though.

    ! FARMABLE !
    [IMG] Cyclone Devil Dragon :monster2::monster3: / HP: 3040 (+990) / ATK: 1616 (+495) / RCV: 172 (+297)
    Active Skill: Deal 20000 Dark damage to all enemies. Affected by enemy element and defense. Change Water orbs to Dark orbs.
    :water::dark:
    15 Turns ( 6 Turns at Lv.10 )
    How to skill up: Baphomet, Mutecocoon.
    Awakenings: [IMG] [IMG] [IMG]
    Not the best sub, useless awakenings and low stats make CDD an emergency sub. If anything he has to max skilled.

    [IMG] Menacing Black Mage, Shantotto :monster5::monster3: / HP: 2635(+990) / ATK: 2103(+495) / RCV: 50(+297)
    Active Skill: Reduces cooldown of other skills by 1 turn. Change top-most row into Dark orbs and bottom-most row into Wood orbs.

    17 Turns ( 12 Turns at Lv.6 )
    How to skill up: Shantotto's Iridal Staff
    Awakenings: [IMG] [IMG] [IMG] [IMG]
    Suboptimal sub because of the sheer possibility that hearts are taken away and you might need a second skill to generate enough hearts again. Also, the awakenings are niche. You'll need to have essential other awakenings on your other subs like TE and SBR. Shantotto is a possibility, though.

    [IMG] Black Flying Sorceress, Goetia :monster6::monster3: / HP: 3508 (+990) / ATK: 1312 (+495) / RCV: 120 (+297)
    Active Skill: Randomly spawn 5 Dark orbs from non Dark orbs. Enhance Dark orbs. +6% per orb, up to +180% for full board.

    How to skill up: Dub-Mythlit
    Awakenings: [IMG] [IMG] [IMG] [IMG] [IMG] [IMG] [IMG]
    Also could overwrite hearts but the enhance of dark orbs is a nice feature. Her low cooldown also make her a candidate for SI. Her Awakenings are nothing special, no TE, no SBR and only one SB. Not ideal but possible.

    [IMG] Awoken Archdemon Lucifer :monster3::monster1: / HP: 3028 (+990) / ATK: 1606 (+495) / RCV: 584 (+297)
    Active Skill: Deal 150.000 damage to 1 enemy. Ignore enemy element and defense. Randomly spawn 3 Dark orbs from non Dark orbs.

    Three Skill Boosts and three rows are nice awakenings, DLuci also comes with SBR awakening. The nuke is situational and his active could overwrite hearts. Risky.

    6 hearts are enough to form a cross and 7 turns are not bad. The triple TPA is also nice. Auto-heal is kinda useless.

    Low cooldown and solid awakenings make this Halloween card not bad for a heart maker spot on a Gremory team. 20% dark damage resist is also really useful.

    ! PURCHASABLE FOR 500,000 MP !

    The upcoming Halloween XM spawns 6 random orbs, enough to make a heart cross. Also, she hastes one turn, which is very useful. Short cool down, when max skilled and some sweet awakenings maker her almost as good as Plum. She's a very rare Halloween REM drop or can be purchased at the Monster Point Shop for a whooping 500k MP. Special mention to her RCV which is over 1,000 uplussed!

    Randomly spawns heart and poison out of all available fire and water orbs, so her active is a bit risky. Tricky to play but an option. You should heal a lot with Gremory anyway, nature of her leader skill, so it might work not too bad. Her double TPA and OEs are great. Farmable heart maker with pretty good stats!

    [Inheritance Suggestions / Ideas]

    Not all of us are lucky enough to have either Armored Batman or Typhon, who are the ideal board changers for the team. However, these are very good alternatives to inherit onto on color and on type subs. Best bodies to inherit these are probably A.Yomi (because OE and TE and good HP), and Awoken Anubis (TE and Unbindable), though any of the on type subs mentioned above in this guide work well too. They all have their Advantages and disadvantages.

    [IMG] Diligent Spy, Ishida Mitsunari
    Active Skill:
    Changes all orbs to Wood, Dark, and Heart orbs; Other allies' skills charge by 2 turns.
    18 Turns ( 13 Turns at Lv.6 )
    How to skill up: Wood Shibamaru
    Ishida comes with a tricolor board that pairs perfect with Pandora to give a 2/3 dark, 1/3 heart board on average. He also comes with a 2 turn haste which is huge because it shortens your stalling time to get your combo active back if needed. A drawback is that sometimes he can give less than 5 hearts, but this can be remedied by saving a gremory or plum active just in case. Another drawback is that you can combine with the best changer, which is Akechi, which means your orbs wont be enhanced. It's hardly a drawback though since the damage is plenty anyway, but it's worth mentioning.

    [IMG] Peerless Strategist, Mori Motonari
    Active Skill:
    Changes all orbs to Fire and Water orbs; Other allies' skills charge by 2 turns.
    19 Turns ( 14 Turns at Lv.6 )
    How to skill up: Water Shibamaru
    Mori comes with a bicolor board that pairs great with Akechi. It comes at 1 more turn of CD than Ishida, but has the same advantage of having a 2 turn haste. The bicolor nature of his board change is sort of an advanatge and a disadvantage when compared to Ishida. On the one hand, you will on average get less dark orbs (and more hearts) at 50/50 distribution, which not only makes it so that you have less damage on average, but also can make it hard to make a cross if you have too many hearts. On the other hand, you will have less than 3 hearts much more rarely than with Ishida. All in all, a great board change, even though I think I would prefer Ishida myself.

    [IMG] Awoken Haku
    Active Skill:
    Changes all orbs to Fire, Water, and Dark orbs; Other allies' skills charge by 1 turn
    13 Turns ( 9 Turns at Lv.5 )
    How to skill up: Badpy, Dark Jewel (when on rotation)
    Haku comes with a tricolor board that pairs perfectly with Akechi. Compared to Mori, you will on average have more dark orbs, albeit with the same risk as Ishida of only getting 3 or 4 hearts every now and then. She does come with 1 less turn of haste, which is a drawback compared to Ishida and Mori. Nonetheless, she will likely be the board change that provides the most damage given that she produces a 2/3 dark board (compared to 1/2 on Mori) that is fully enhanced (compared to the non-enhanced Ishida 2/3 dark board).

    [IMG] Deliberate Rebel, Akechi Mitsuhide
    Active Skill:
    Change Fire orbs to Dark orbs, Water orbs to Heart orbs. Enhance Dark orbs. +6% per orb, up to +180% for full board.
    13 Turns ( 8 Turns at Lv.6 )
    How to skill up: Dark Shibamaru.
    Not only is Akechi one of the best subs for the team, but he also is one of the best inherits. But why inherit him instead of using him? Well, it depends on the person. Crosses can be challenging, especially against combo shields. So maybe you want to use multiple Pandora's instead as subssince they have TE, or even Yomi or Anubis, so you have more TE since Akechi doesn't have any. So this is just an alternative to those that would like to have a little leeway on the combo time requirements. It means nothing to have the "ideal" build if you are not enjoying the team because it too hard to use :)
    [IMG] Returning-Claw Blue Dragonbound, Ryune
    Active Skill: Change all orbs to Water, Dark & Heart orbs. Reduces cooldown of other skills by 1 turn.
    15 Turns ( 10 Turns at Lv.6 )
    How to skill up: Abyssal Shark Dragon, Toa
    With Ryune inherit, you'd need a blue to dark orb changer and only CDD is on type who does that and he is not desirable. There is a fix for Ryune but it needs to be an inherit too: Satsuki. Fixes the board to a perfect Dark/heart board. Definitely an alternative for a burst.

    [IMG] Ominous Moon Dragon Caller, Satsuki
    Active Skill: Change Water, Jammer, Poison & Mortal Poison orbs to Dark orbs. Reduces cooldown of other skills by 1 turn.
    12 Turns ( 7 Turns at Lv.6 )
    How to skill up: Rotating skill up Material (PreDra, Devilit, ....)
    Satsuki is a great inherit for she can partially fix a Typhon board, completely fix a Ryune board and she can convert poison, plus she has haste.

    Situational Inherits:
    [IMG] Awoken Ra
    Active Skill:
    Inflict 77,777 damage on all enemies (regardless of enemy defense). Extend time to move orbs by 3 sec for 1 turn
    11 Turns ( 7 Turns at Lv.5 )
    How to skill up: Shynpy
    Uses: Used mostly for Mythical plus rouges and Arena 2/3 to deal with the PreDras. In Arena 3 can also be used for the Tans. Not super necessary though since Gremory can basically burst them down with a bicolor board but obviously a direct damage is easier and flawless to use. If I were to use it I would inherit on Gremory since 1 is usually enough to ensure a bind clear to be available if needed.
    Similar Alternatives: [IMG]

    [IMG] Awoken Orochi
    Active Skill:
    Delay enemies' next attack (4 turns)
    20 Turns ( 15 Turns at Lv.5 )
    How to skill up: Yellow Ice Armor Dragon, Tsih
    Uses: Orochi can serve an alternative approach to deal with the PreDras, delaying them instead of bursting them or using direct damage. He is also useful against annoying enemies like Hino Kagutsuchi, Zhou Yu, and Sopdet which either have resolve or damage absorbs along with rages or countdowns that will kill you very fast. Overall a great standard inherit for any team. Low CD actives are probably the best bases for this, so Gremory and Plum are likely the best candidates for this, or a low turn CD orb changer that you would use situationally (such as Hanzo or Anubis, etc)
    Similar Alternatives: [IMG] [IMG] [IMG]

    [IMG] Archangel of Creation, Raphael
    Active Skill:
    All orbs become Heart orbs; Void all damage for 2 turns
    23 Turns ( 16 Turns at Lv.8 )
    How to skill up: Light Dog Dragon, Chinbowdra
    Uses: Raphael is once of the best utilities in the game. He voids any damage for 2 turns and because of the heart board change, he will heal you to full as well while you stall those 2 turns. I recommend using him in situations where you feel your team lack a reliable burst to for example get Kali into the safe zone in Arena. He will allow you to tank the first hit and then bursting her down will be easier once her shield is down.
    Similar Alternatives: [IMG] [IMG]

    [IMG] Awoken Loki
    Active Skill:
    2X ATK for Dark and Light Att. for 2 turn; other allies' skills charge by 1 turn
    16 Turns ( 12 Turns at Lv.5 )
    How to skill up: Badpy
    Uses: An ideal Gremory team usually has enough firepower to not need a burst active to kill Kali. However, if you lack the ideal team (in which you can create a bicolor board) a burst active can be a great alternative to the shield approach (see above with Raphael) and also the haste allows you to charge into a needed active.
    Similar Alternatives: [IMG] [IMG] [IMG] [IMG] [IMG]

    Less ideal but useful board change inherits:
    [IMG] Destroyer Dragon, Apocalypse
    Active Skill:
    Changes all orbs to Light, Dark, and Heart orbs; Other allies' skills charge by 1 turn.
    16 Turns ( 10 Turns at Lv.7 )
    How to skill up: Dark Dog Dragon, Chinwandra

    [IMG] [IMG] Dark Knight, Cecil; Paladin, Cecil
    Active Skill:
    Changes all orbs to Light, Dark, and Heart orbs.
    14 Turns ( 9 Turns at Lv.6 )
    How to skill up: Cecil's Dark Sword

    These are definitely not ideal, but are ok replacements if you don't have any of the above mentioned board changers are don't want to take them off other teams. On paper they look good, since they generate both dark and hearts, unlike Mori or Haku. The problem lies in the fact that their board fixers (light converters) are worst options than Haku's, Ishida's, and Mori's board fixers. For these you will need either Grisar or Voice, both of which are worse than Panda and Akechi because they don't make hearts.

    Nonetheless, not everyone is blessed with multiple Akechi's and Pandora's and the ideal board changers. So if you have these board changers, and lets say you don't have 1 half of the other combos (either none of the board changers, or no Akechi's and Pandora's) then this can be a very serviceable alternative. Perhaps a team of Gremory/Plum/Grisar/Yomi or Anubis (with these board changers inherited)/Flex is very respectable.

    [FRIEND LEADERS]

    With her unique leader skill, Gremory is hard to match with other leaders different than herself. Shortly spoken; the most efficient friend leader for Gremory is Gremory. If you want to clear harder content, you should use a Gremory friend leader.

    Other matches are heart cross matches, best on color and leaders who benefit dark attribute. Since it's not given that Gremorys subs are all Devil, leaders like LuBu, Vritra etc. are suboptimal. Only Ana!Typhon seems kinda ok:

    GREMORY PLAYSTYLE
    Some short advises how to play most efficient with Gremory.
    A detailed Arena 1 walkthrough is planned but might take a while (it's a lot of work).

    Arena 1 playstyle:
    • Floors 1-12 basically only use Gremory and Plum actives to clear floors
    • Stall when you can/need
    • Manage actives from floor 12 on so you have them on the floors you really need them
    • Don't use actives if not necessary
    • Sopdet spawns: can be killed with rows and actives (usually requires to burn all actives)
    • Parvati spawns: heart cross and three orb dark match should do the trick. Don't use an active
    • Take care when you need to do a kill-shot; without the use of an active, damage might not be enough with 36x
    Shorter Descended dungeons (5-7 Floors)
    • Just use actives when you need them, shouldn't be a problem
    Coop
    • If both players have at least one Plum, you could spam Grem/Plum a lot and have a good HP pool, too. Only use kill-shot actives when needed.

    I pulled a Gremory for a friend during a bus ride back home after we had just finished comparing Ronove and Gremory and were talking about how cool it would be to get one. I'm not friends with him anymore. Well kinda.
    I have all the subs for her except Xin Hua, which makes me very sad that I can't try this team out ;_;

    Haha. Joining forces between NA and Europe! Honesty @*A44 deserves the most credit. I'm just slowly discussing team ideas with her and providing some of my personal experience with Gremory. Feel free to share your suggestions as well :)

    You can already 1 shot through the shield without enhance on either Kali using the bicolor boards posted above. But if you want to see even more insane number I'm all for it! Post a screen shot here when you do it :)

    I'd be happy to contribute, but don't have strong know-how of the dark side. :)
