How do you get to the Temple of Blood Elden Ring? – The Temple of Blood is also known as the Dynasty Mausoleum in Elden Ring. This is where Mohg, Lord of Blood will be. In order to reach this location, ensure you made your way to the underground first and reach Mogwyn Palace which is accessed rom a gateway teleporter in the frozen west of Consecrated Snowfield (northwest of the Yelough Anix Ruins and west of where the Sanguine Noble invades you) or by using the Pureblood Knight’s Medal given by White Mask Varré at the end of his questline.
White Mask Varre will give you this item once you have completed the 3 invasions required for his questline to advance. He will give you the Medal after the reusable Bloody Finger, exhausting his dialogue is necessary. Once you reach the underground, you will find yourself in a cave. Head out of the cave and this is Mohgwyn Palace.
Make your way down and you will be heading directly west through the Bloody water until you see the arches that will signify that you have reached the Dynasty Mausoleum. To reach Mohg, Lord of Blood head up through the stairs until you reach the temple structure and head in.

How do I get to Palace approach Ledge Road without NPC?
Method Two: Through The Consecrated Snowfield Teleporter – 
The second route doesn’t require players to become a Bloody Finger, though it can take much longer to complete. First, you will need to access the Consecrated Snowfield. To do this, you will need to get the first half of the Secret Haligtree Medallion from Albus in Liurnia’s southeast Albinauric Village, then head to Leyndell through either the Dectus Lift or the secret pathway to the left of the Dectus Lift.
- You will need to defeat Morgott, the Omen King, to progress to the next zone.
- Melina will give the player the Rold Medallion after beating Morgott, which can be used at the Grand Lift of Rold to reach the Mountaintops of Giants.
- In the deep north of this zone is Castle Sol, where players can find the second half of the Secret Haligtree Medallion.
Go back to the Grand Lift of Rold and hoist the Secret Medallion to be brought to the Consecrated Snowfield. The teleporter that leads directly to the Palace Approach Ledge-Road is found by a cliff to the left of the Yelough Anix Ruins guarded by a Sanguine Noble enemy.

How do I get to Palace approach Ledge Road if I killed Varre?
How to Get to Palace Approach Ledge Road: Method 2 – 
If you haven’t done Varre’s quest for the Bloody Finger or want to wait to get to Mohgwyn Palace until later, you’ll need to wait until you reach the Consecrated Snowfield, accessible only with both halves of the Haligtree Secret Medallion. At the northernmost end of the area is Ordina, Liturgical Town, which leads to the Haligtree proper. 
You’ll spawn in a dark cave with only one exit. Follow the path through the dark areas until you reach Mohgwyn Palace. Down the road to your left, beyond some bloody rocks, will be the Palace Approach Ledge Road Site of Grace. Now you have everything you need to make it to Palace Approach Ledge Road and Mohgwyn Palace to take on the Lord of Blood.
It’s not an easy fight, but now you have a way to get back should you want to take him on another time.
