Once inside take the elevator up, head through the open archway, activate the Site of Grace, and head up the stairs. On the top of the tower are two dead fingers and the Great Rune should be floating above its corpse.
Interact with it and it will activate Godrick’s Great Rune. While activated, Godrick’s Great Rune gives +5 to all attributes.
