The important Elden Ring NPC Roderika has a tendency to move around, so here is where players should look if she’s gone missing. 
Elden Ring is full of NPCs that players can interact with to get new quests, items, and more. Some NPCs in the game are especially important if Elden Ring players want to stand a chance against some of the tougher bosses, with Roderika being one of the most important NPCs in the entire game.
Roderika is normally found at the Stormhill Shack in the beginning of the game, but some Elden Ring players who have advanced beyond that point may be having trouble locating her. If Elden Ring players talk to Roderika at the Stormhill Shack, they can complete her quest like normal and she will wind up going to the Roundtable Hold where she provides Spirit Tuning services.
Essentially, Roderika is the NPC that players need to talk to in order to upgrade their Elden Ring Spirit Ashes. Spirit Ashes are special NPC summons that can be a huge help in many of Elden Ring ‘s toughest boss battles, If Roderika is not at Stormhill Shack, Elden Ring players will likely find her hanging out next to the fireplace at the Roundtable Hold,
- If this happens, Elden Ring players need to talk to Smithing Master Hewg (the blacksmith at the Roundtable) and ask him about Roderika.
- Then talk to Roderika, then talk to Hewg again.
- Upon leaving the Roundtable Hold and coming back, Roderika should then be set up in her usual spot across the hall from Hewg, ready to help players tune their Spirit Ashes.

Once players reach the end of Elden Ring, they will have to burn down the Erdtree in order to reach the final area of the game. This action has some major consquences in that it rids the Roundtable Hold of most of the NPCs that were hanging out there, with the exception of a few.

- However, players may not find Roderika in her normal spot.

Where is Roderika in Stormveil Castle?
Roderika’s Quest: Crysalids’ Memento – 
Roderika can be found nearby the Stormhill Shack site of grace, one of your stops along the path toward Stormveil Castle, and your first major boss battle with Margit, the Fell Omen. She has fallen into despair since her men left her to head into Stormveil Castle.
- She will grant you the Spirit Jellyfish Spirit Ash, and she will ask that you deliver her message to her former companions in Stormveil Castle.
- When you reach Stormveil Castle gate, head into the room on the left and speak with Gostoc,
- He will recommend you take the path through the hole in the wall.
He might look a bit sketchy, but follow the path out through the hole—the gate itself is a deathtrap, 
Make your way through Stormveil Castle until you reach a large stone tower with wooden scaffolding and a staircase winding its way up; there will be an inactive elevator in the center of the room, and a dangerous halberd-wielding knight patrolling the room. 
From the Rampart Tower site of grace, head out onto the balcony with the warhawk enemies and explosive barrels. Continue following this path until you reach a stairway going down to the right, Follow this stairway along the rooftop and into the tower, then drop down into the chapel below. Inside, you’ll find Sorcerer Rogier, another Tarnished on his own mission in Stormveil Castle. You might have summoned him earlier for the Margit boss fight, but this is your first chance to interact with him. He sells some simple sorceries if you are pursuing the magical arts.
From the chapel, head out and follow the path past a few enemies and into a new building, Following this path, you’ll eventually enter the the upper railing in a room with severed limbs hanging from the ceiling and a Grafted Scion stalking the room below.
Continue along the railing until you exit out the far side. To your left, you’ll spot a troll hanging from a rope over a pile of discarded bodies and some vicious dog enemies. On top of the pile of bodies, you’ll find the Crysalids’ Memento key item. Grab the Crysalids’ Memento item and return to the Stormhill Shack site of grace and offer it to Roderika.
Exhaust her dialogue, and she will relocate to the Roundtable Hold,

What can Roderika hear?
Elden Ring: where to find the Dung Eater – There are three different times you may want to find the Dung Eater in Elden Ring. In order to find and speak to him for the very first time, you should first head to the Roundtable Hold, and speak to both Roderika and Blacksmith Hewg across multiple visits, until Roderika becomes a Spirit Tuner who can upgrade your Spirit Ashes.

To skip Stormveil Castle entirely, head to the Stormhill Shack just a short ride up the road from the Gatefront Site of Lost Grace through a valley of Godrick Soldiers and a Giant. From here go directly north until you pass under the large bridge leading away from Stormveil Castle,
- You should come to another ruined bridge after passing through some obscuring vegetation.
- There is a Finger Reader here you can talk to, who hints at the location of a very important item.
- She claims that the bridge to Liurnia is out and that Stormveil can be traversed to get there, but in fact, the bridge is not completely impassable.
Head to the very end of the ruined bridge and look down to see a series of ledges that you can jump down. Head down here and travel towards the cliff wall to find a secret path leading to Liurnia of the Lakes and the Church of Irith without having to deal with Stormveil Castle at all.

Age of the Stars – The final ending in Elden Ring, Age of the Stars, sees you refuse both of the above paths, eschewing the fingers for a different approach. You’ll miss a bit of lore, but no equipment or anything vital to the quest this way. Agree to enter Ranni’s service in a covenant and complete her side quests. When you obtain a cute-but-creepy little doll of Ranni, you’ll be able to talk to it at some Sites of Grace, both in her tower and around the Siofra Well and Lake of Rot areas. This is key to continuing the quest after she disappears.
Complete Ranni’s quest in full and after defeating the final boss of Elden Ring you’ll now have access to a unique blue summon sign. Instead of touching the item that leads to the Elden Lord ending, use that sign to summon Ranni – and that gives you the Age of the Stars ending.

How do I get to the other part of Stormveil Castle?
Find a Way Inside Stormveil Castle – Once you’ve beaten Margit, the Fell Omen, Stormveil Castle will be open to you. Begin by approaching the main gate and interacting with the Site of Grace next to it. There’s no way to open it, so head through the doorway on the left to find an NPC. 
You’ll drop down into an area full of rocks and trees, with another Site of Grace at the end of the middle path. Interact with it, but be careful of the birds flying about. They have blades attached to their claws and can be tough to kill. To the right of the Site of Grace are rocks you can climb up and stairways leading higher up the castle’s outer wall.
Follow them up and you’ll encounter a group of enemies. Kill them, but be careful of your surroundings. It can be easy for them to push you off the side. Now you can head inside Stormveil Castle using the only route open to you. Kill the two enemies in front of you, and then head up the wooden staircase.
Be careful at the top because another group of enemies will throw Fire Pots at the gunpowder in front of you and try and blow you up. Bait them into throwing one and then retreat so the path is cleared for you.

Where did the sorcerer in Stormveil go?
Elden Ring Rogier location in Stormveil Castle – Rogier is found at the chapel in Stormveil Castle. To get to him, clear out the fire-throwing birds from the ramparts next to the Rampart Tower Site of Grace, then make your way down the steps on the right and onto the roof ahead.
