If you let go of all the buttons in mid-air, don’t worry – rather than fall, the Oppressor simply hovers wherever it stopped. You can lower it by flying downwards, or by holding down the Right Bumper/R1 button to descend straight down through the air. Left Bumper/L1 is used to fire twin machine guns attached to the front (or whatever weapons you’ve added).
