Hosting and Joining Heists With Friends – The most basic requirement to host a Heist in GTA Online is that your character must be Rank 12 and own a high-end apartment. However, if you are under rank 12 or do not own a high-end apartment, you can still join a Heist so long as another player invites you in.
- To join a Heist as a crew member without an invite, go to the Quick Job menu on the phone.
- Then, select “Play Heist” to jump into the action.
- If you meet the required criteria, Lester will give you a call to set up your first Heist.

When you arrive, you’ll get a speech from Lester saying he’s setting up some jobs.
You have to leave the warehouse, with Lester saying he’ll be in touch about the job “soon”. Lester will call in short order. Go back to your apartment and you’ll walk into your new Heist planning room. You’re now able to host and lead your own heists. You actually don’t have to wait for Lester’s call.
- Just bring up the phone, select Quick Job and select “Play Heist” at the top of the list.
- You get the option to either join On Call or enter a lobby normally.
- This will put you into another player’s heist.
- It could be at any point in the sequence, so doing it this way the first time you play a heist may mean you miss out on some of the sections.
Assuming you’re hosting The Fleeca Job yourself, you’ll need to find another player. It’s a two-player job. Once the lobby’s full, you’re free to start.

Robbery 6 – 24/7 Supermarket Location, Route 68, Harmony advertisement There are two registers here, and the payout should be about $200. The clerk might give you trouble, but the shotgun in your hands will take care of that. Once more, the police are slow to repond so you’ll have time on your side to lose them in the desert.
Robbery 7 – 24/7 Supermarket Location, Barbareno Road, Chumash There are two registers to raid here, and the payout is good, at $1100. However, the clerk has an attitude problem so you’ll have to be firm. The cops aren’t as slow as in other instances so you’ll have to be quick about slipping around to the back and skipping down to the beach.
Robbery 8 – 24/7 Supermarket Location, Ineseno Road, Banham Canyon Another two registers to raid here, and the take is decent as well, at $700. As you may have noticed, the cops are starting to get a little quicker, so waste no time in heading down to the beach to find a place to hide.
Robbery 9 – Robs Liquor Location, Great Ocean Highway, Banham Canyon This store isn’t even worth it to be honest. The clerk is uncooperative, so you may need to take matters into your own hands. The takings are a measly $100 and the cops get there fast, so you will want to have a getaway vehicle parked outside.
Robbery 10 – Limited LTD Gasoline Location, Tongva Drive, Banham Canyon Now this is the kind of robberies you want to be pulling off. Two registers here, with a take of $1200. Snatch and Grab, then run for the hills as soon as you step outside. Robbery 11 – 24/7 Supermarket Location,
- Clinton Avenue, Downtown Vinewood There’s two registers here, and the cops will take their sweet time responding to the situation.
- You’ll get around $600 from the machine, then head around back and scale the wall to the north.

Palomino Freeway, Tatavian Mountains There’s twin registers to raid here, and the take is somewhere in the area of $1050. The cops respond super-fast here, so you’re going to want an escape vehicle (or even aircraft ) waiting for you when you pull this heist,
- Robbery 13 – Limited LTD Gasoline Location,
- E Mirror Drive, Mirror Park Double registers again, and the expected payout is in the neighborhood of around $880.
- For an escape on foot consider booking it for the bridge, going over the flood canal around back and westwards.
- Robbery 14 – Rob’s Liquor Location,
Prosperity Street, Morningwood advertisement Only one register here, with a payout of $600. The cops are going to be right on top of you, so have an escape vehicle ready. And you’re definitely going to need an escape vehicle for this one. Use the alley system nearby to dodge the heat. However, you will need to be Rank 12 if you want to host a heist. Once you’re inside your new apartment, you will be given access to a special room where you can start your heists.
Of course, this requires a small setup cost. If you’re playing it for the first time, Lester Crest will cover your expenses. He will also give you a rundown on what to expect from the heist. After your first heist is completed, subsequent ones require a 10% fee, and you will have to pay a measly $11,500.
For future reference, you can skip cutscenes as the team leader if you have already watched them previously. Now, all you need to do is find some cooperative teammates.

The Heist Leader must have the requisite team to carry out the missions, typically consisting of 4 players (with the exception of The Fleeca Job, which requires a crew of just 2 players and also The Doomsday Heist, where a majority of missions can be completed with 2-4 players), and the Heist Leader will not be able to launch these missions with fewer than the number of players required.
Likewise, the heist setup/finale will be failed if a crew left.

The fastest way to assassinate him is to get off the bus and shoot him. However, if you want the gold level for this mission then you do need to hit him with the bus. 
You will get noticed for this one, so get out of there quickly. You’re likely to get the police on you so you will need to lose them before the mission is classed as complete. Important: If you are playing the story at the same time, you will need to have kidnapped Madrazo’s wife.
