Roundtable Hold Information in Elden Ring – In order to reach Roundtable Hold, the player will need to encounter Melina once again when certain conditions are fulfilled. When the conditions are met, the player must rest at a Site of Grace on the open world, and upon doing so, Melina will appear and start a conversation automatically, in which she offers to take you to the Roundtable Hold,
For Melina to invite you to the Roundtable Hold, the player must activate/unlock (resting is not necessary) a Site of Grace in the open world-Sites of Grace in caves, tunnels and catacombs do not count for this condition. Said Site of Grace must not be located in Limgrave (West and East ) or Weeping Peninsula,
The most common contenders are Liurnia of the Lakes and Caelid, After attempting Margit the Fell Omen (he does not necessarily need to be killed) the player may rest at a Site of Grace in Limgrave such as the Castleward Tunnel Site of Grace and receive an invitation to the Roundtable from Melina if they had not received one prior by meeting the above condition.
Reaching Liurnia of the Lakes and activating the Lake-Facing Cliffs Site of Grace.
This area can be reached before facing Margit, the Fell Omen, By going to the end of the broken bridge where the Finger Reader Crone is first met (by following the path north from Stormhill Shack ), the player will be able to see some debris leading down. Going down this way and taking the following path to the right (there will be wolves along the way) will lead the player to Liurnia of the Lakes and the Lake-Facing Cliffs Site of Grace.
However, this method will cause Roderika to skip the first part of her quest and appear at Roundtable Hold immediately. The Golden Seed obtained from her can still be gathered at the Stormhill Shack afterwards.
Reaching Caelid and activating either the Smoldering Church or the Sellia Under-Stair Sites of Grace, or the Bestial Sanctum Site of Grace in Dragonbarrow,
To reach the Smoldering Church, the player can follow the path to the northeast of Stormhill Shack, past the Saintsbridge and Summonwater Village Outskirts Sites of Grace, until reaching Caelid proper. The church will be nearby at the left side of the road (facing north), with a Site of Grace inside it.
Please note that the entrance to the Smoldering Church is guarded by a NPC Invader, Anastasia, Tarnished-Eater, If the player does not wish to fight, they can opt to rush immediately inside the church and activate the Site of Grace. After this, they can either force quit the game (to despawn the invader), or simply wait around until the NPC comes up and kills them, allowing them to respawn inside the church. Then they can recover their runes and fast travel out of there.
To reach the Sellia Under-Stair Site of Grace, players can opt to use the trapped chest in Dragon-Burnt Ruins in Limgrave, which will teleport them to Sellia Crystal Tunnel, After that, run to the entrance of the place, unlocking the Site of Grace (it’s recommended to rest here to remove the disabled teleport debuff) and heading outside the tunnel. Once the player is outside, head to the left ignoring all the enemies and follow the path without entering the swamp, past a few crumbling ruins. To reach the Bestial Sanctum Site of Grace, use the way-gate directly north of the Third Church of Marika in eastern Limgrave. This will teleport you directly in front of the Bestial Sanctum doors. Open them, step inside and the Site of Grace is located a bit further inside, to the right between the pillars. D, Hunter of the Dead will mark the way-gate on the map if the player shows him any aquired Deathroot,
Once Roundtable Hold is unlocked, the player can go back and forth using the Fast Travel feature on the Map menu. The place is located (in the map menu) on the bottom left corner. Roundtable Hold acts as a hub for NPCs where players can access services, barter with merchants, and upgrade weapons and Spirit Ashes,
NPCs here will have varying reactions to your presence. Some have set duties and will aid you with your quest, while others might request aid for their own quests. The rest will provide minimal interaction. You will find a number of NPCs in the central room. As you progress through the rooms, beware of the lower section that you can enter by jumping over the balcony.
Entering this area will result in a very difficult encounter with an invader, Mad Tongue Alberich.
To get back any runes that may have been lost to the invader, you can try dying right next to the big set of doors to the right of the hall after you drop down, close to where the invader spawns. After you die, go down the staircase near the blacksmith Hewg and to the doors immediately to your left (they’re one and the same). You’ll be able to see the glow of your runes and collect them from that side.

Melina Questline: How to complete Melina’s Quest – (Melina does not have a traditional completable ” NPC Quest “, since she’s so strongly tied with the “Main Quest” of the game, but the following lists the opportunities for interaction)
After resting at a Site of Grace (outside of the Church of Elleh ) on the overland, Melina will manifest herself and reflect on the absence of a guidance during your journey so far, appearing out of the air with a blueish aura around her. Melina proposes an accord: to act as your “maiden”, that is, as a guide throughout your journey, for you are “maidenless”. In exchange, she requests you take her with you to the Erdtree. She volunteers to “turn your Runes into strength”, enabling you to level up your character. She will also bequeath a ring, the Spectral Steed Whistle, allowing you to summon the spectral steed Torrent who has “chosen you”. At the next Site of Grace you rest at before entering Stormveil Castle, selecting the “Talk to Melina” option will trigger a conversation about the Sites of Grace. During this, Melina conveys the golden auras at the different Sites of Grace are in fact the grace of the Erdtree, and by following them, the grace will guide you through your burden. She informs you that a Shardbearer resides in Stormveil Castle, and that if the rays signal the castle, the Elden Ring is beckoning you. At the next Site of Grace you rest at before entering Stormveil Castle, selecting the “Talk to Melina” option will trigger a conversation with Melina about her purpose, where she describes her search for her purpose and also apologizes for acting as a Finger Maiden while being unable to offer guidance, as she is “no maiden” and without purpose. At the Third Church of Marika, when resting at the grace and selecting the “Talk to Melina” option, Melina will appear and declare that spoken echoes of Queen Marika the Eternal are present, and if you wish she will convey them to you. Select the “I’m interested” dialogue option and she will continue to describe the echoes. At the Church of Pilgrimage, in the north of the Weeping Peninsula, when resting at the grace and selecting the “Talk to Melina” option, Melina will again appear and give the option to elucidate on the echoes. Upon reaching the East Capital Rampart Site of Grace (or any grace in Leyndell), Melina will appear and say that she will be leaving, but that she will let you keep Torrent and the ability to turn runes into power. She reasserts her confidence that you will become the Elden Lord. Melina may be summoned for the fight against Morgott, the Omen King via a sign directly outside the boss arena. After defeating Morgott, trying and failing to enter the Erdtree and resting at the Elden Throne Site of Grace, Melina appears. She offers a new accord: to bring her “to the flame of ruin, far above the clouds, upon snowy mountaintops of the giants”, so she can set the Erdtree aflame, and help you become Elden Lord. Melina will then have additional dialogue when resting at certain Sites of Grace, the Godrick the Grafted Site of Grace for example. She will remind the player of the new goal in the land of the giants. She can then be spoken to a second time, and she will say that although her purpose was giving to her by her mother, she is now acting on her own volition and has “set heart upon the world that would have. Regardless of mother’s designs.” Melina must be talked to in the Forge of the Giants Grace, and her quest will be fulfilled.
If the player has inherited the Frenzied Flame despite Melina pleading them not to do it, Melina will not appear in this grace. Instead, she will appear after the ending of the game if the player continues with the Frenzied Flame path, and will threaten the Lord of Frenzied Flame with Destined Death.

How To Get To Roundtable Hold – 
Although Roundtable Hold acts as the hub area for Elden Ring, getting there is a bit ambiguous. The only way to access it is by resting at one of two Site of Grace spots. Players will encounter a cutscene with Melina, who will promptly send them to Roundtable Hold directly. The two Sites of Grace that trigger this encounter are:
Lake-Facing Cliffs : North of the Stormveil Castle area, after the Godrick encounter. Stormveil Main Gate : Inside a tunnel before the Margit, the Fell Omen encounter.
It is possible to access Roundtable Hold before killing Margit, the Fell Omen by engaging with the boss fight a few times and then leaving the area. Once players come back and rest at the Site of Grace before the boss fight it should trigger the cutscene. (Those having trouble getting it to trigger should try clearing the area of enemies before the tunnel leading to the Site of Grace). 
Players that want to gain access to the Lake-Facing Cliffs without fighting through hordes of Gordic’s soldiers can actually bypass all the enemies on the way to the Site of Grace by taking an un-impeded path through the mountains north of the Stormhill Shack. 
On the other side of the arch, players will encounter a bridge that stretches into the distance before being abruptly cut off. At the end of this section, players can look down to the left and see a pathway that they can leap down to. Once down there, they should travel up and to the right to put themselves on a linear path towards the Lake-Facing Cliffs Site of Grace. 
Roundtable Hold is a great hub area filled with an array of useful NPCs (and some hidden secrets). It’s a twisty (albeit small) maze of rooms and players can quickly find themselves frustrated on how to exit the area, as all of the doors seem barred or locked.
The only way to leave Roundtable Hold is by fast-traveling to a previously-unlocked Site of Grace. To do this, players will need to bring up their map and then hover over any of the Golden Medallion icons. These icons act as Sites of Grace and will allow players to freely teleport to any area they have already visited.
Players will also be able to return to Roundtable Hold in the same manner, and the icon for the Hub is always located in the bottom-left hand corner of the map, in its own large circular symbol separate from the rest of the world map. 
Roundtable Hold acts as the main hub for Elden Ring, giving players access to a wide array of NPCs that can be used for a variety of things. Here’s a look at what players will have access to in the expansive hub:
Blacksmithing : This NPC will strengthen character weapons, as well as unlock Spirit Ashes on appropriate gear. A Hugging NPC : Fia will embrace players and give them an item called Baldachin’s Blessing. When consumed, it can buff a player’s poise for 10 seconds (making it harder to be knocked down). Players will also get a 5 percent health debuff until they use the blessing. It’s possible to get a blessing from Fia each time a player needs one, if they so choose. A Spirit Tuner : A small quest will give players access to an NPC that will increase the strength of their Spirit Ashes. Incantation Seller : This store gives access to Faith spells. Appearance-Changing Mirror : In the same chamber as Fia, players can access a Mirror that will let them change their overall appearance.
