Elden Ring: All Sacred Tear Locations – 
Sacred Tears are used to upgrade the Sacred Flask, but in a different way than Golden Seeds, Rather than provide you with more uses of it, you’ll gain more Health or FP from a single use. Finding them in combination with Golden Seeds means you’ll have more opportunities to fill either your HP or FP meter, and you’ll get more out of them.
- Sacred Tears are located throughout the open world, and are generally found in the broken down churches that litter The Lands Between,
- When you have one, head to a Site of Grace, select the Flask option, and then Increase Amount Replenished by Flasks,
- You’ll then be able to spend a Sacred Tear and upgrade the Sacred Flask,

Altus Plateau Sacred Tear – Altus Plateau contains two Sacred Tears. They are at the Second Church of Marika and the Stormcallers Church,
Second Church of Marika: start at the Altus Highway Junction site of grace which is down the road from the Grand Lift of Dectus, Follow the road north and scale down the cliff on the left to find the Second Church of Marika, Once Brother Corhyn has left the roundtable hold, he will be on this road near where the map is. This is his quest’s second trigger — here is a guide detailing his quest. Stormcallers Church: start at the Rampartside Path site of grace and head west until there is a statue holding someone. From there go south and there should be a church in sight to the west.

The only other item worth highlighting is the Stonesword Key. This is an item which can open specific locks throughout the game, and are fairly uncommon.
