Agree to serve her, and complete all the tasks that the questline involves. Completing Ranni’s questline unlocks a seal in the last boss room that lets you use an elevator to reach the area above the Village of Albinaurics.
To complete the questline, you need to first beat Astel, Naturalborn of the Void. This will give you access to the Astel Site of Grace, After entering the Astel Site of Grace, go straight to the elevator. Feel free to use the lever to call it down if it’s not there. Jump on the elevator to reach the Deep Ainsel Well.
Then, head north-east and you’ll reach the area located above the Village of Albinaurics. There are no NPCs or enemies at the Deep Ainsel Well.
