Can you get mimic without beating Radahn?
Where To Find Mimic Tear Ashes In Elden Ring – Once players have access to the Ancestral Woods Site of Grace, getting to the Mimic Tear Ashes is a lot easier, although it does require a bit of platforming prowess. From the Ancestral Woods Site of Grace, players can look down over the cliff edge and spot a stone platform to jump to.
- From there, they can run straight ahead and across a narrow wall section before making a small jump to another jutting ledge.
- Turning quickly to the right and following this ledge all the way around will put them in an area where they can make a second jump to a small platform and continue around the corner to an area that opens up near a large staircase.
Across from this staircase, players will see the top of a round roof that they can hop to and then jump down onto a large open area. There are a couple of Ooze enemies here that can possibly transform into Silver Tears (invader-like enemies) so it’s best to proceed with caution.
After moving through the large area and around the corner, players can zip down a “hallway” and into an area with a long, skinny, crumbling wall. Moving across this wall and jumping into the nearby windows will put players into a balcony area overlooking a church. Instead of jumping down, players can head to the left and spot a large open archway that leads to a hallway and a Mist Barrier protected by a Stone Imp Statue.
Using one Stonesword Key will unlock this misty barrier and let players access the chamber within. The enemy inside is unaware and can be easily back-stabbed. Once players have dispatched the enemy they can open the nearby chest to snag the Mimic Tear Ashes.
