Can you find miquela in Elden Ring?

Since Miquella was abducted from his Haligtree before he was able to grow, he remains dormant in his cocoon for the course of Elden Ring, His body can be found at the back end of Mohg’s boss arena, still dripping with blood and encased in his cocoon.
Though players are unable to interact with Miquella in any fashion, it is unclear if his existence has any more significance in the world. In the Roundtable Hold, Sir Gideon Ofnir claims that Miquella is still alive but trapped in a deep slumber, which is further explored in content cut from the final version of the game, which states that Miquella is St.
Trina, God of Slumber. As told by a piece of cut dialogue, it seems that Miquella would have eventually ascended to full godhood and would become St. Trina but remains trapped in a sort of dream world. Another piece of cut content shows that there was once a weapon in the game called the Abundance and Decay Twinblade which was meant to represent twins Miquella and Malenia.
Curiously, the blade is said to have the power of the Rune of Decay, which is Malenia’s Great Rune, and the Rune of Abundance, which is the name of Miquella’s cut Great Rune. Since players never fight Miquella, it makes sense why his Great Rune is never used, but it seems as though there was once a version of the game in which Miquella had a greater presence.

Where can I find malenia?
Exploring The Outer Haligtree & Elphael, Brace of the Haligtree To Reach Malenia – 
The Tarnished will arrive at the Haligtree in an area outside Elphael, the main city for those who the world has forsaken, and this is where Malenia resides. To get through this first area, the player will need to follow the branches down (being careful not to fall off) and reach a number of interconnected pathways and greenhouses.
From here, there will be several Misbegotten and other nasty enemies that are challenging in close quarters, so it’s key that the Tarnished draw them out and face them one at a time they can. Keep naturally progressing onward, and the Tarnished should keep heading down until they’re eventually at the “bottom” of the city.
At the end of this area, the player will face Loretta, Knight of the Haligtree, the real version of the specter Royal Knight Loretta they faced in Caria Manor. And, once she is dispatched, the Tarnished can ride a lift to arrive at the final hurdle before fighting Malenia, getting through Elpheal, Brace of the Haligtree.
When the player first arrives in Elpheal, Brace of the Haligtree, the player needs to travel along the outer wall of the Tree, which is full of Cleanrot Knights and multiple Erdtree Avatars, The Tarnished can either move along the upper section of the outer wall or descend to the lower area where there is more valuable loot (but it is populated with Revenants ). The Tarnished will eventually reach a courtyard with an Erdtree Avatar and Haligtree Soldiers blocking the player’s path; once they are killed, the player will be able to reach the inner wall of the Haligtree and the final descent to Malenia. The inside of the Haligtree is covered in a Lake of Rot, and here the player can also finish the NPC Millicent’s questline if they managed to progress it this far. Follow the drainage channel on the opposite side of the isolated area of the Rot Lake, where Millicent’s summon and the Ulcerated Tree Spirit resides, and traverse out of the Haligtree again. Around this area is a building with a lift near the southwestern entrance. Using this lift will take the Tarnished to the roots of the Haligtree where they will find a room with a large scarlet flower and the Haligtree Roots Site of Grace, Past this, the Tarnished will find the fog door that leads to the hardest boss ( usually, at least ) in Elden Ring, Malenia The Severed, one of the most memorable characters in the game and a character fans just can’t seem to get enough of.

Why is Miquella in the egg?
Perhaps a hint that Miquella will have a bigger role to play if there’s ever any DLC. 
via BonfireVN/FromSoft Elden Ring might have launched more than six months ago, but even without DLC, it appears there is still stuff out there in The Lands Between waiting to be found. In fairness, some of that stuff was never meant to be found, such as this Miquella glitch which makes the Empyrean awkwardly emerge from his cocoon and sort of just, stand there.

- As you can see from the screenshot they shared, as they do battle with Mohg, the Lord of Blood who kidnapped Miquella, the previously encased character is standing upright watching the fight go down.
- Well, more staring blankly into the middle distance than watching.
This is a glitch and not some cool new feature LoneWolf4247 has stumbled upon, of course. Miquella is actually supposed to stay hidden in his cocoon for the duration of Elden Ring’s story. Miquella has locked himself within that self-made prison in the hope it will allow him to age.
Both he and Malenia, a character some players will know very well, have been cursed to stay young forever. Sounds good on the surface, but clearly Miquella is tired of it. Some Elden Ring players who have seen the post above have hypothesized Miquella will have a bigger role to play should the game ever get story DLC.
Although most of his story in the base game is for the sake of Mohg and Malenia, it feels like it would be a waste if Miquella doesn’t officially burst out of that cocoon and attack players at some point. Seems he would make a pretty formidable boss. That stuff like this and even things that aren’t glitches are still being discovered so many months after launch just goes to show how deep a game Elden Ring is.

Mohg will then emerge from the pool of blood that forms under the arm, taking Miquella’s hand and telling him that he will have to be alone for a little longer. Then he turns to the player and then the fight begins.
Assuming they manage to defeat Mohg, the player can approach Miquella’s egg after the battle. They can’t interact with it at all, however, and attacking the arm does nothing. The egg is sitting on a raised dais above the player-character’s line of sight, so it’s impossible to see exactly what’s inside Miquella’s egg – if you are playing the game normally.
