After completing Tonya’s last Towing mission, “Pulling One Last Favor,” she will call Franklin to tell him that there is a new property up for sale and suggests that you should buy it. Use the right stick or (LEFT SHIFT and CTRL on PC) to raise and lower the crane. To drop a vehicle off (unhook it), hold right on the D-Pad (consoles) or hold H on PC. Be careful not to hurt or kill the driver or damage their vehicle as this will fail the mission.
