When the icon is present, your character will enter the Taxi as a passenger by pressing Y or Triangle. Pressing Y or Triangle without the icon present results in a regular car theft. When phoning for a Taxi as Franklin, he will talk to the regular dispatcher. Judging by the audio, though, it seems that Michael and Trevor are talking to Franklin when they call a cab, at least after Franklin has purchased the ” Downtown Cab” property,
