1. It’s a really useful tool for drawing aggro away from the boss and it’s probably your best bet as a summon in the final fight.
2. When you get into the fight itself, you’ll soon become aware that the Elden Beast is one of the toughest enemies you’ll have encountered.
3. He has huge sweeping attacks, uses magic projectiles, and has very high mobility, so it isn’t easy to pin him down and land an attack.

The Beast can also breathe fire, so if he does, you’ll have to dodge. Time these perfectly or risk being burned to a crisp. It can also send purple mist towards you, which will initially appear harmless, but it explodes, so run away as soon as that comes out. The orb lasts for several seconds so don’t try to attack during this window. The main point of the fight, overall, is to avoid the large attacks, roll through the sword swipes, and land a combo or two on the Beast.

• Do this enough times and you’ll have it beat.
• It’s also worth saying here that there isn’t a second phase to the fight like some other boss battles in Elden Ring, so you’ll only need one strategy.
