- There are currently 25 properties spread across Los Santos that you can buy in Grand Theft Auto 5,

- How to purchase a property in GTA 5: To purchase a property, you must walk up to he DYNASTY 8 realty sign near the property and press right on your D-pad to start the purchase.
Press it again to confirm you purchase. After you purchase the property they will begin generating money for your characters. Certain properties can only be purchased by specific characters. Once you purchase a property, the icon’s color will change to the map icon color associated with each character (Michael is blue, Franklin is green, and Trevor is orange).

Before you can learn how to start The Contract in GTA Online, you’ll need to ensure your game is updated to v1.40 on the PS4. The patch weighs in at 3.991GB, and depending on your Internet speed will take a few minutes to download and install, so be sure to set aside some time for that.

You can either find this from the Money And Services tab or by entering the following URL into the browser bar: www.dynasty8executiverealty.com, There are four Agencies available to purchase, and you can find the Best Agency to Buy through the link. 
Once you’ve bought an Agency, set a waypoint to it using your map or the Interaction Menu and then head inside to meet Franklin Clinton and watch the first cut-scene. 
Franklin will introduce you to your new business, and tell you to get started on some Contracts while he works on a big client. You’ll need to know How to Become a CEO or How to Become a Motorcycle Club President before you start Contract work. Once you’ve registered as a CEO or MC President, interact with the computer in your office to get started.

Reddit user BravoMercurial shared a video of themselves clambering up onto Franklin’s roof and shooting it with a weapon that causes them to fly through the air and clip into the abode. Another method of getting in involves standing by the back sliding glass doors and loading and exiting a job, but this method makes it seem more like you’ve climbed through a vent than exploited a bug in the game.
Once BravoMercurial gets in, they’re able to walk around the various floors and appreciate the decor. Not sure how they plan to get back out though. It doesn’t seem like the way they came in will be accessible. Reddit user StoneBandit commented, “It’s sad that you have to glitch it.
