        Trick is to write out everything you want to say once, no matter how many pages it ends up being. Then delete everything that doesn't pertain immediately to the job you're applying for or why you would be a good choice for it. Get it down to one page of relevant info and you'll get better responses.

        Evolve plays like Left 4 Dead meets Aliens vs. Predator; COD fragging skillz ain't worth jack when your target is able to melt into the shadows and kill you from behind with a poisoned tentacle.

        TL;DR. Less brawn, more brains.
