I personally have monster hunter tri for the wii...The main idea of the story is something like a big monster is causing trouble at/near a small village...you are part of a hunter guild...complete quests to make money etc...armor and weapons can be created from defeated monsters...something along those lines...Others could probably tell you more about it.

Depending on what hardware you own, you may want to wait for Monster Hunter: World to release next year. It's coming out on PS4, XBone, and PC. If there's ever a decent sale on the PC version and reviews are good, I might pick it up as my first serious plunge in to the MH franchise.

I cleared through f7 so far...but 2 stoned the last 3 each...gaining a stone for completion gives me only a net loss of 1 stone...I don't feel too bad about it...I think I would like to at least get through f8 just to get the dragon killer latent...Otherwise i feel pretty decent about what I've accomplished so far (would have been better if I didn't use any stones to get this far)

Yeah, managed to 1 stone 7 and 8. 9 has been a pain, but I'm mainly doing it for the challenge now. There's just no real reason for me to need a godkiller (don't have Julie) since it screws with Sophet in arena.

Glad to see I'm not alone @philsov . I tested it out, and I ended up dying on the 8th floor. RagDra only gave me 3 green orbs after I accidentally got bound by the D/R mech. The next 2 floors after him seem a lot easier, so I'll give it another shot later.

@CloudnineXXX Only issue is that Anubis rarely did enough damage for me (I never made Gumma) and I don't have Sakuya. I might be able to try Hathor, but this seems like more fun :3.

Cleared it~ Honestly the hardest floor was floor 2 and 7 this time. I got the fire dragon on 2 and the water one on 4. I was lacking actives, so I had to stall out the bottom row lock (because my hearts just *HAD* to be in the bottom 2 corners). That was fun.

Evoing Gunma sucks but it really only takes a couple of days. then, just py that Mofo lol.

I'll take your Anubis if you don't want to play it :)

I use him for counterattack and poison/jammer clear :^). He was instrumental in my first A1 clear a long time ago. I'll make Gunma eventually. Eventually...

Yeah, surprisingly I was ok with resolves so f4 was kind to me (thank you lack of skyfalls). From what I hear, maybe pair with a mass attack lead like Kagu if you're having trouble.

I think i failed my kill shots by slivers of health like 5 times. ended up clearing with DAthena the one time i got Light Iza at the end -.-

Congrats on clearing it though :p. Yeah, I didn't even know LIza was a spawn until my last run >.>. I got to DIza like 4-5 times too.

I put something in slot 2 once thinking everyone would have access to it...only to realize days later that only BFs could use it...oh well..now I know better :)

I'm in a similar boat now too...I need several light and a couple of wood jewels and I would be able to completely evo myr....I had several other projects (z8, DQXQ, Ra, Okuni, and Kushi) that took a chunk of those jewels away...

I'm beating myself over the head for using a bunch of green jewels to skill stuff up a couple months ago. Imagine that. Skilling things up with jewels >.<

Are you looking for a permanent RHades friend or just need him for a dungeon?

I have mine pentamax with ATK latents and an Awoken I&I inherit (which I could remove or switch).

Well if you're walking in an area you're familiar with, just memorize all the spawn points, pokestops, and gyms (and only pull your phone out at those points).
If you can memorize all the active skills in PaD, I'm sure you can do that much.

enjoy it while it lasts... i have 251 stamina now...back to weird numbers lol
