ena is bullshit. its possible to have a 6 combo board, naturally or off a change, even less, and with poison skyfalls here, you COULD potentially have a 5 combo board I think. 9 is just literally board rng. even 8 isn't all that common. yes I know you can set up the board but 9 combo shields are dumb as fuck.
Cleared it blind (aside from checking here about who the boss would be), but it was with Yusuke so w/e. Titania generously gave me double orb movement time, which helped because I suck at this game. For the boss, I popped Yusuke, looked up VDP boards online, found out there was a 7 combo setup possible with my number of light orbs, and enjoyed my 25 second leisurely kill shot. On the minus side, Shapeshifter Wallace seems like utter garbage.
Red Devilcat's Disciple, Meowo, purrs from the Nightmare Street dungeon, aka Heroine PEM's dungeon. +3 combos and a tricolor fire/dark/heart board for VDP boxing, assuming those are colors you want, for, perhaps, Ilmina VDP, or a fire pixel card(s) like Squall/Tyrannos/Echi/etc. http://www.puzzledragonx.com/en/monster.asp?n=4201 Even with all my 2000 whatever box space, I still keep a copy of that little Planar Norm skillups kitten, though I've only bothered to use him once for the sub lulz to guarentee a 9 combo in the Discord carry room with a dubiously low level friend loaded up into my carry backpack. I'm lazy these days and +2 is good enough for most bicolor boards. If I was truly vexed by garbage ratios or some heinous cloud/spinner unavoidable nonsense mixed with an 8-9 box required combo, I know he's there though.
So, I went in blind with Yusuke. It wasn't as painful as I thought it would be... I got Titania and her beautiful time buff and things were going ok until I got to the last floor and ended up with that light b**** who bound my Tachi & Aife for 15 turns... after I had used my OdinDra two or three floors before to heal. I managed to pull off a VDP with 8 combos but it left her with <20% HP and she kicked my @$$ to the curb. I think that I did pretty good for my first time EVER facing a Caller dungeon like this. My main needs a blue and dark DC card. Alt just need a light one.
True, but 80% of my friends list has a Nene inherit so it's almost standard to have a +2 combo on the team. Of course that's Yusuke specific. A4 it's not so bad either way because you can go into the floor with the 4 color only skyfall. Can't even remember if the OSC had that. Then you have the 7x6 meta, which just makes it trivial. I really don't mind it.
So my Main tried the OSC again and got the Dark Caller... which I need and I FORGOT to VDP... and died. That moment when your ALT is *better* than your Main.
This is why I only do just enough on my alt to make it reasonable to coop with the main. If it starts getting better, it will not be good!
I went in blind with dath not paying attention to it being the dragon callers lol Luckily I got the light one, bound my entire team for 15 turns (typhon, double haku, ryune) Surprisingly I was able to tank 15 turns until I cleared the bind and then just chipped her down and killed her. From what I remember about the dragon callers, the light one was probably the easiest for my dath team lol
I don't care that my Main threw a stone at this. The blue caller showed up and I HAD to have it for my YY:
Tried it once with Anublos but got murdered by Hamal, as usual. Still debating whether or not I want to try again.
Cleared it without much issue with: Jhoira [ Sasuke's weapon ] / Yusuke [ Li ]/ Karn [ Rathios ] / DIaochan [ Sasuke's weapon ] / Alphone [ Andy ] The key to me for this OSC was: the poison resist. Yusuke[li] was fun; Li was up on the very last floor... Rathios ability was really good to guaranteed enough light orbs to do the 3x3 to in order to one shot the final floor.
I agree! My Alt cleared this OSC first try because it has the Rathian EQ on its Yusuke and has a BF with it as well. 100% poison resist is *definitely* the way to go for this one. My Main struggled because I don't have a Rathian on that account and subbing in enough poison block takes from my 7C damage.
OHKO on dark dragon caller ena with aniblos and V!ney VDP. I forgot that no matches on turn 1 other than heart and I used my planar active... But killed with v!ney active with 3 dragon killer latents
I decided to stone it just to get it over with, I initially thought of it as another magic stone to obtain but I got tired of spending stamina on it just to get trolled. The first time I got to the last floor, it was Amnel but I had no intentions of making/getting Xiu Min so I just gave up after I died. I got Enra to spawn after several other failed attempts and just decided to stone to kill her seeing as how Xin Hua has more potential applications and I have thought about getting her at some point or another. It did suck that I died to her <50% 115% gravity hit, like WTF is that???
