Freebie roll got my Barioth. I'm still waffling on whether or not to take a YOLO roll or not.

 

You don't pair Diablos with itself so having one means very little as long as there is one up on your friends list. Amatsu is nice but I would trade it in for 4 or 5 decent diamond pulls in those previous 230ish stones. Trash gold after trash gold does nothing to progress a box.

 

If you ever get an inheritable leader swap, then you'll be very happy to have your own Diablos.

Barring that, while what you said is pretty much the case, don't underestimate the ability to freely have control over your Diablos' latents and inherits. Nothing is more frustrating than having a long list of friends with a desired lead but only one of them having the latents or inherits for whatever you are wanting to run.

 

I get the point you're trying to make but I can't agree. The odds of not having a usable lead on a friend list is pretty low. Might not be ideal, but rarely would you look at a list of 15 Diablos and not be able to pick a decent one for what you are doing. Worst case, I ask someone I know with one to swap inherits for me.

Having more quality subs rather than a box of garbage and one or two really strong cards, or even just a new lead to screw around with to liven up the currently stale game outweighs the ability to choose specific latents. At least for me it does.

 

If you didn't want Diablos or Amatsu, why did you even roll in this?

 

One of the best shots at a Red FUA although I've really just been wasting stones on whatever is up. Can't be bothered to save or use them wisely after the last couple months.

I wasn't planning to, but I can work on getting him battle ready. I'm just not sure how long it'll take, though.

 

If you have Ameno hes an amazing inherit for ameno but i dont see him often as a lead.

But his weapon evo is amazing for ameno. It adds like 500 RCV and the active skill is really cool.

 

Yeah I'll certainly make use of them. People will disagree with me all day, and that's fine, but I would have gladly taken Li, Iori, Kyo, hell, probably even a Weld over Diablos. These days I'm more interested in things that will open up new possibilities, or make the teams that I want to play better, not necessarily the best of what's in every REM. PAD is very dull right now. People I normally play with don't even log in most days so I'm just solo clearing stuff to get it done. I'm rolling to keep some sort of spark alive. A streak of 27 gold eggs and 1 diamond (most pulls being in a 10 stone REM) is completely discouraging at a time when I'm grasping for things to keep me engaged. For me and my goals, Amatsu and Diablos don't change that.

YOLO roll got me Brachydios. At least he can team up with my two Shazels for some sort of lulzy devil murder squad.

Fujin active still eludes me. -_- When are we gonna get a decent farmable version that does have a 24+ cool down?
