    Nope sorry, wrong account!

    Hyper neptune account is my NA "alt" now.

    The main NA account I play currently belongs to friend.
    Has hyper Skuld, Andro, Lak, Burd, Sarasvati, and soon Neptune Dragon. If you want to BF you should probably pick that account.

    @Nez are you aware of the minimum number of orbs needed to activate Lakshmi and guarantee 6 combos? Or well, do you know if 10 or 11 hearts can activate Lakshmi and get 6 combos?

    Edit: hmm ok i see Parvati netete board can though those have no rows :/
    I've found this one straight from the Parvati board which is 1 row, do you happen to know if 2 rows exist for 10 or 11 orbs?

    19-11 you can do a modified version of 17-13 with

    pad.dawnglare.com/?patt=BBBBBBGGBGGBGBGBBGBBBBBBGBGGGB

    I'm pretty sure you can't do 2 row 6 combo with 20-10 though.

    So basically you can make 2 heart combo
    and have the option of 1, 2, or 3 poison combo.

    Making more poison combo is more %HP loss
    Making more combo is more RCV

    So depends on your team's HP to RCV ratio, the higher the RCV /HP the more combo you want to make to heal up. I think. Probably go with 3 poison combo (5 combo) though.

    Row cascades

    running rows these days so might as well git gud or something

    so you can make a row straight-up ofc

    :water::water::water::water::water::water:

    In many cases, rows will naturally appear on the board after using orb-changers (such as double heart-break or constellation). So that's fine, don't force cascades to happen if the board is fine with straight rows. Cascade rows are most useful when you have on-color orbs in the bottom two corners of the board. If you don't want to do lots of magic circles to make a row, you can cascade into one by using rest of the orbs in the bottom row well.

    In rare cases a vertical cascade might be useful

    :block::water::water::block::water::water:
    :block::earth::fire::block::fire::dark:
    :block::earth::fire::block::fire::dark:
    :water::earth::fire::water::fire::dark:

    But the last and most useful option is horizontal cascade
    :block::water::water::block::block::block:
    :light::light::light::water::block::block:
    :water::earth::earth::earth::water::water:

    So as you can see, vertical cascade will result in max 2 rows. It's very limited in its use because the verticals can't be moved left or right very easily, basically the board has to really lend itself to vertical off-color combos before you should even start thinking about it. Obviously vertical cascade into the horizontal row setup is fine, but doing a vertical cascade as your last is dangerous. The other thing to note is that you can only do 2 rows of your on-color combos if you do vert stack (ie you can't do 2 rows + 1 3-orb match).

    So looking at horizontal cascades. The common bases look like:

    sideline pair base
    :block::water::water::block::block::block:
    :light::light::light::water::block::block:
    :water::earth::earth::earth::water::water:

    central pair base
    :block::block::water::water::block::block:
    :block::water::light::light::light::block:
    :water::earth::earth::earth::water::water:

    tpa on the bottom base

    :block::block::block::water::water::block:
    :block::water::water::light::light::light:
    :water::earth::earth::earth::earth::water:

    I refer to them as "bases" because you can cascade into one of these bases to accomplish the row, for example this board
    cascades into the sideline pair base:

    :block::block::block::water::block::block:
    :block::block::water::fire::water::block:
    :block::water::earth::earth::fire::fire:
    :water::water::water::water::water::water:
    :water::light::light::light::earth::water:

    Another example is the common 3 row bicolor cascade, which uses the tpa base.
    :water::water::water::water::water::water:
    :dark::water::water::dark::dark::dark:
    :dark::dark::dark::water::water::dark:
    :water::water::water::water::water::water:
    :water::dark::dark::dark::dark::water:

    If you're doing hybrid vertical x horizontal or other wack cascades, you get the row cascade without using one of the bases described. These can be easier to visualize sometimes than 3- or 4-tier horizontal cascades. For example:

    :water::water::water::water::water::water:
    :block::water::block::block::block::block:
    :block::earth::block::block::block::block:
    :block::earth::water::water::block::block:
    :water::earth::earth::earth::water::water:

    yeah not sure what else.

    @tevvie help me

    edit: looks like i forgot about that one...

    :block::block::block::water::block::block:
    :block::water::water::light::light::light:
    :water::earth::earth::earth::water::water:

    I started this tutorial video quite a while ago and never finished it. Its useful if you're doing something like Chinese or Norn into another converter for a 2/3 main color, 1/3 off color board, but can be done with tricolor as well. I had a few examples recorded, don't remember if I added it to the video or not.
