when you super reincarnate a card, if that card has been limit broken and super awakened, you lose those resources and have to re-limit break and redo the sa, is that right? I'm looking to make srevo Anubis but since I have dupes, it might make more sense to srevo the non-limit broken dupe right?

Yes you need to limit break it again.
Regarding the more sense, yes if you only look at the materials but revo can't be unevolved and at the same time it makes little sense to keep an inferior version of a card.
Personally i i went with sr revo the already reincarnated one, there's no chance i'm going to use that for anything but i may use base anubis for some fun.

Sometimes it is relevant to keep inferior versions of certain cards because it might have a different typing..... I.E. God or Balanced or Attacker etc etc. Personally I like to have one of each card. For collective and practical purposes.
